A. There are many options for cake flavour. The most popular are Victoria sponge, chocolate, lemon, red velvet, caramel, salted caramel, coffee, carrot and luxury fruit. However there are many alternatives (e.g. oreo, raspberry, chocolate orange, pina colada, pistachio) so if you have a specific flavour in mind just let me know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q. Do you cater for allergies and intolerances\/dietary requirements?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. Yes, please let me know your requirements at the time of ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q. Do you have a price list?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. No I don’t have a set price list as all cake prices vary depending on size, design, flavour and other requirements. I’m happy to give a no obligation quote once I know these details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q. Where do I collect from?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. The collection address, along with a map can be found on the “Find us” page .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q. How should I transport my cake?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A: All cakes are presented on a sturdy board and in a box ready to transport. Please bear in mind the journey you are taking with your cake. Place the cake either in the footwell or boot unless you have someone with you to hold it on the journey…. car seats are not flat! For cakes with several tiers I strongly recommend having someone to hold the cake on the journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q. Do you deliver?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. Yes I can deliver. Within Cheltenham the charge is \u00a35. Outside of Cheltenham i charge 45p per mile ( round trip).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q. How should I store the cake after collection?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. Unless stated otherwise, cakes do not need to be stored in the fridge. Cool room temperature is fine. Once your cake has been cut remember to keep it covered to stop it from drying out,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q. What payment methods are available?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. The preferred payment method is bacs transfer. Details will be sent upon placement of an order. I also accept cash or cheque. Deposits are required to secure bookings and the balance by\/on collection or delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q. Do you do photo cakes?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. Yes, have a look at the “edible printing” page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q. Can I freeze leftover cake?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. Although I don’t personally freeze cakes, it is possible to do so and many people do with great success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q. Are you a shop with cakes available for immediate collection?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A. No, I am not a shop. All cakes are bespoke… made to order. Although I can sometimes cater for last minute orders I am not likely to be able to provide a cake the same day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Q. Do you supply candles?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
